The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: polymethyl methacrylate powder is dried at a temperature of 80-90 degrees; four layers of materials are prepared in proportion respectively, and each layer of the materials are required to be mixed uniformly and kneaded until doughing time, so that a plastic dough material is formed; four layers of the plastic dough material are subjected to hot-pressing and bounded together in order in a die, the hot-pressing temperature is 110-130 DEG C, and the hot-pressing time is 10-20 min; and the four-layer-color synthetic resin block after hot-pressing is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 80-90 DEG C for 10-12 h, so that a four-layer-color synthetic resin block product is obtained. A dental model or temporary crown bridge, which is processed through the four-layer-color synthetic resin block, is natural and vivid in developing, and the preparation method is simple.

Design and production method of precise bionic aesthetic prosthesis

The invention relates to a design and production method of a precise bionic aesthetic prosthesis. The method comprises the following steps of (1) scanning teeth and adjacent teeth requiring aestheticrestoration; (2) designing the outer surface three-dimensional form of the aesthetic prosthesis by CAD software; printing the outer surface three-dimensional form into an aesthetic diagnosis model; (3) making a printing mold by using the model in the step (2); fully injecting tooth color temporary crown flowing resin; obtaining the aesthetic form identical to the CAD design; (4) after a patient confirms the aesthetic form, obtaining the outer surface data of the prosthesis through three-dimensional scanning; (5) performing three-dimensional scanning again after the quantitative tooth body preparation; obtaining the inner surface data of the prosthesis; (6) using the tooth or gum which is not subjected to tooth body preparation as a simultaneous region for registering the data on the innerand outer surfaces of the prosthesis onto the same coordinate system to complete the design; (7) performing 3D printing on the bionic color tooth preparation body substitutional form.
