powder for forming a transparent
glaze layer on the semi-finished denture, then, performing
microwave sintering polymerization to form a finished denture slightly larger than the
design standard; d,
polishing the finished denture into the size of
design standard; in the step c, the
powder contains gold nanoparticles with the particle size being 20-30 nm. Gold nanoparticles are mixed in the
glaze layer, when visible light penetrates through the
glaze layer, the gold nanoparticles absorb part of visible light, the thicker the glaze layer, the weaker the visible light reflected by the polymerization
ceramic layer is, the color of the denture forms a white
chromaticity system to facilitate selection, so that the personalized requirements of patients are met.
