Method for predicting influence of vibration deformation on electric performance of array antenna

The invention discloses a method for predicting influence of vibration deformation on electric performance of an array antenna. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) determining a geometric model file of the array antenna; 2) establishing a finite element model of the array antenna in ANSYS; 3) presetting an acceleration power spectrum, calculating random vibration deformation, and extracting position offset of each radiation unit; 4) calculating a pattern function of the array antenna; and 5) judging whether the pattern function satisfies design requirements. According to the conventional method, whether the structure strength of the antenna satisfies the requirement is analyzed according to the acceleration power spectrum, and the electrical performance cannot be determined according to array plane deformation errors. The method provided by the invention can realize the prediction on the electrical performance of the antenna according to the offset caused by random vibration; the method provided by the invention is more succinct, can introduce the offset into an electromechanical coupling model to calculate the electrical performance, and does not need to repeat electromagnetic modeling according to the change of the offset; and the method provided by the invention is used for analyzing the influence of vibration on the antenna and finding main structural factors, thereby ensuring that the antenna is protected from being damaged, and the electrical performance of the antenna in a working state is improved.

The method comprises the following steps that 1) a high-voltage switch cabinet insulator geometric model is built; 2) the high-voltage switch cabinet insulator model is subjected to electrostatic field simulation to obtain the maximum electric field intensity value, and structural factors for influencing the electric field distribution and the maximum field intensity are determined through changing variable structural parameters; 3) a population is initialized; 4) an objective function is determined, and a fitness degree function is calculated, wherein the objective function of an individual is the electric field intensity corresponding to the parameters; 5) for the individual population consisting of binary gene codes, the variation is carried out after the selection and the full-interference crossing; and 6) whether the quantum genetic operation stop condition is met or not is judged, if the stop condition is not met, the operation returns to the first step, and if the stop condition is met, the corresponding response value is calculated according to the optimized structure parameters obtained in the fifth step, and the maximum electric field intensity value is obtained. The invention discloses a cross resistance welding process for heterogeneous wires. The process is as follows: various different combinations of current and pressure are adopted; in a first pulse, large electrode pressure and small welding current are adopted; contact resistance between a small electrode and a welded wire is reduced so as to reduce electrode adhesion; and the contact area is increased to reduce splashing. In a second pulse, small electrode pressure and large welding current are adopted; a heat production proportion of the contact resistance is increased, so that a non-equilibrium heat production phenomenon at a combined surface can be relieved, thereby generating plenty of molten metal on the combined surface, filling grooves generated because of structural factors, and increasing joint strength. The cross resistance welding process has the technical effects that: the process is suitable for cross resistance welding for heterogeneous wires, especially easy-to-melt materials can wet spread-out heterogeneous material combination on a difficult-to-melt material surface; and the process can realize efficient connection of heterogeneous wires, avoids a special tool required by other welding methods, reduces the welding cost and greatly improves the welding efficiency.
