The invention relates to a sliding bearing testing
machine which comprises a single testing
machine set, a
torque sensor, a driving motor, a temperature sensor and an acceleration sensor. The single testing
machine set comprises a base, a rack, a
hydraulic cylinder, a force measurement sensor, a loading mechanism and a work shaft, the upper face of the base is fixedly connected with the rack, the
lower face of a rack cross beam is fixedly connected with the
hydraulic cylinder, the force measurement sensor is arranged at the front end of a
piston rod of the
hydraulic cylinder, the work shaft is connected in a testing bearing component, the upper end of the testing bearing component is connected with the loading mechanism, the temperature sensor and the acceleration sensor are arranged on the two sides of the testing bearing component respectively, and one end of the work shaft is connected with the driving motor through the
torque sensor and a
coupling. The sliding bearing testing machine can provide the design bearing load of a sliding bearing to assess the actual work capacity, operation stability, vibration resisting performance, long indexes and other parameters of the sliding bearing. The testing machine can carry out an independent bearing test, and can achieve the synchronous test of multiple bearings and the
performance comparison test of different bearings through the multi-set connection of a
system.
