The dendrobium officinale tortoise jelly comprises tortoise jelly powder, a sweetening agent, a stabilizing agent and the balance of water. In order to effectively increase the capability of determining face fatigue expression in a low-resolution image and identifying performances, the method herein increases a fatigue expression identifying method based on Gabor feature and sparse representation. Further, in order to further reduce luminance and noise, and the impact on face fatigue expression fatigue by face subtle changes, the method combines feature extraction method and sparse representation which are often used in face expression identification of PCA, Gabor, and the like.
