The invention discloses a real-time detection method and
system for solder skips based on
fuzzy reasoning and edge calculation, and the method comprises the steps: firstly collecting normal
welding time sequence data and solder skips abnormal
time sequence data, and then carrying out the
feature extraction and PCA dimension reduction; constructing a
fuzzy reasoning system by using the sample features after dimension reduction to obtain the
welding missing credibility; according to the relevance between the
sample label and the
welding leakage credibility, an abnormal threshold value of the welding leakage credibility is determined; and for new welding
time sequence data, obtaining new solder skips credibility through
fuzzy reasoning, and comparing the new solder skips credibility with an abnormal threshold value to realize real-time detection of solder skips defects. The real-time intelligent detection method for the solder skipping defect is constructed by combining PCA dimension reduction with fuzzy reasoning, the writing complexity of the fuzzy
reasoning rule is reduced, meanwhile, the high recognition precision is kept, the hardware resource requirement is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the
cost performance and the real-time performance are high, and the practical value is remarkable.
