The device used by the method comprises an emulation computer, a coarse control delayer, a laser, acoupling optical fiber, a beam splitter, an energy modulation module, a fine control delay module, a laser radar target point source generation computer, an image conversion module, an image recombiner and an optical projection module. The part of different simulation accuracy of the echo signal is separated, i.e. the distance of the laser radar and the target is simulated by the coarse control delay, and the detail presentation of the target in the distance dimension is simulated by the fine control delay. Each slice is two-dimensional and represents the echo image of the target under the distance. The MxN channel number matched with the image element number required by the conventional space domain is reduced to K channels of the time domain. High resolution and high integration can be met by using the micro-optical device in space and the structure is more compact.

Methods, systems, and devices for providing a denervating energy treatment to the tissue of the pulmonary vein and antrum region of the left atrium utilizing a catheter-based structure having one or more energy delivery surfaces. In some instances energy delivery surfaces are arranged with a circumferential and axial offset relative to one another. A pattern of individual lesions loosely approximating a helix, or other staggered pattern, or roughly circumferential are placed so as to provide a pattern which covers substantially the circumference of the treated area while avoiding stenosis. Denervating energy is applied by modulation of the energy delivery surfaces using an energy source integrated with a controller and control algorithm. In some instances feedback is used in a control algorithm for energy modulation. Energy sources are radiofrequency, ultrasound, and cryogenic.

The invention discloses a dose delivery system for a laser accelerated proton cancer treatment device. A quadrupole magnet focuses and restrains a proton beam generated by a laser plasma accelerator to form a centimeter-level wide beam, a scatterer turntable loaded with proton beams matched with different energies rotates to a corresponding gear (including a neutral gear and a beam blocking gear), and after the proton beams are scattered and transversely expanded, active wide proton beam superposition is implemented by a scanning dipolar magnet. A control module can realize energy modulation in the longitudinal direction by selecting proton beams with different energies and energy scattering in a determined proportion. According to the system, a scheme of combining scatterer beam expansion with wide proton beam superposition is adopted, insufficient radiation field uniformity caused by an overlarge emission angle of a proton beam driven by laser is avoided, scattering of the beam in a dose delivery process is reduced to the greatest extent by utilizing a longitudinal lamination method of actively selecting proton beams with different energies, the utilization rate of large energy scattering and large scattering angle proton beams generated by laser acceleration is improved.
