The invention provides a nutritive steamed corn-bread for captive alluropoda melanoleuca. According to the invention, the steamed corn-bread is prepared from the main raw materials of bamboo, tofu skin, alfalfa, carrot, cabbage, apple, cucumber, corn flour, egg yolk powder, tea-seed oil, and fresh bamboo juice. The steamed corn-bread has the characteristics of rich nutrients and balanced nutrient contents. The steamed corn-bread is suitable to be used as an alluropoda melanoleuca basic food for satisfying everyday energy consumption and nutrition requirement of alluropoda melanoleuca. Also, functional steamed corn-breads rich in different nutrients can be prepared by adding different proportions of fiber components, protein components or trace components on the basis of the main raw materials, such that body requirements of different alluropoda melanoleuca individuals and different stages can be satisfied. According to the invention, bamboo juice which is a residue of bamboo fiber processing pre-treatment is subjected to standing, filtering, and sterilizing treatments, such that a bamboo liquid is obtained.
