system is characterized by comprising a diagnosis instrument and a cloud end,the diagnosis instrument comprises a shell, the top of the shell is fixedly connected with a
noise collection device, an integrated
chip, a
network interface and a battery are arranged in the shell,a touch display panel and a charging interface are arranged on the shell, the integrated
chip is electrically connected with the
noise collection device, the touch display panel and the
network interface, the
network interface is further connected with the cloud, the integrated
chip is used for determining an optimal sound source acquisition position area and the
acquisition duration of the noisecollection device, the cloud is used for storing characteristic data of normal operation
sound sources and
lesion sound sources of various types of fluid machinery, and picking out characteristic dataof normal operation
sound sources and
lesion sound sources which are the same as or similar to the fluid machinery to be detected by adopting an
artificial intelligence algorithm, and a cloud end orthe integrated chip further determines an operation condition analysis result of the to-be-detected fluid
machine. The
system can be widely applied to the field of fluid
machine operation condition diagnosis.
