Abstract

The invention provides a detection device used for online state inspection of operating state of a crane slewing mechanism. The detection device comprises a signal sensor, a signal processing host, an upper control computer and an external triggering photoelectric sensor, wherein the signal sensor is used for detecting an acoustic emission signal of operation of the crane slewing mechanism and obtaining fault information; the signal processing host is connected with the signal sensor and is used for acquisition parameter setting, signal acquisition, feature extraction and data storage and uploading of a fault signal to the upper control computer; the upper control computer is connected with the signal processing host and is used for displaying various related data in a visual way and carrying out fault pattern discrimination and state display; and the external triggering photoelectric sensor is connected with the signal processing host and is used for accurately controlling signal acquisition opportunity and acquisition duration of the signal processing host. The detection device can effectively detect state information of the crane slewing mechanism and timely find defects and judge severity of the defects so as to timely carry out maintenance treatment.
