The invention relates to a Chinese yam
mask and a preparation method thereof. The Chinese yam
mask comprises the following components: 55-65 percent of Chinese yam, 10-15 percent of lemon, 10-15 percent of
egg white, 8-10 percent of honey and the balance of
warm water. The method for preparing the Chinese yam
mask comprises the following steps: A, removing the Chinese yam peel, cooking for 30 minutes, taking out the Chinese yam, and uniformly stirring; B, removing the
lemon peel, juicing, thereby obtaining lemonade; C, mixing and stirring the treated Chinese yam and lemonade; and D, adding the
egg white, honey and
warm water into the mixture of treated Chinese yam and lemonade, uniformly stirring, thereby obtaining the Chinese yam mask. The Chinese yam mask disclosed by the invention is easy to manufacture, quiet elegant in
flavor and fine and smooth in texture and has good permeability and
ductility, and the active ingredients in each component are effectively utilized, so that the
skin is softened and the pores are enlarged. Therefore, the effect of nourishing the
skin is improved, and the Chinese yam mask has the effects of whitening, tendering and moisturizing
skin.
