The invention relates to a method for removing an organic template of a
molecular sieve and mainly solves the problems of overhigh
operating temperature, complicated equipment and the like in conventional removal of the template of the
molecular sieve. The method is characterized in that the
molecular sieve containing the organic template is subjected to template removing treatment with a
dielectric barrier
discharge technology, O2 is selected as
plasma working gas, free radicals with extremely high
oxidative activity are produced in a
discharge process, and under actions of
polymerization, substitution,
electron transfer,
bond breaking and the like between the free radicals and the organic template, the organic template is decomposed and leaves molecular
sieve pore channels in a gaseous state without influencing a
crystal structure of the molecular
sieve. The method for removing the template has the advantages of being high in efficiency, good in effect, wide in technical application range and low in removing temperature, has no influence on the
crystal structure of the molecular
sieve and adopts simple equipment which is easy to operate, only
electric energy is consumed in a removing process, the
energy consumption is low, and accordingly, the method can be used for removing the organic template of the molecular sieve.
