The invention which relates to a pouring
sealant for electronic components of an automobile
control system and a preparation method thereof belongs to the technical field of high
molecular materials. The pouring
sealant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises, by weight, 90-120 parts of alpha-
omega-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane, 20-35 parts of
silicone oil, 4-6 parts of a heat conduction filler, 45-75 parts of a
flame retardation filler and 30-35 parts of heavy
calcium carbonate; and the component B comprises, by weight, 80-90 parts of the
silicone oil, 17-20 parts of a crosslinking agent, 5-6 parts of a
coupling agent, 1.5-3 parts of a catalyst and 2-3 parts of a
colored slurry. The pouring
sealant has the advantages: above formula is reasonable, so the
flame retardation of the pouring sealant can be effective increased, the heat conduction effect can be greatly improved, and heat radiated by the components in an
integrated circuit board is timelyand effectively conducted to the outside; the electrical property is excellent; the adhesion is good; and the
corrosion resistance is ideal. A recommended preparation method of the pouring sealant has the advantages of concise process, and low requirements on the process and equipment.
