The invention provides a LoRa-Mesh networking method based on over-the-air wakeup, which comprises the following steps: S0, taking a monitoring terminal which acquires information as a source node, and taking a gateway as a destination node; s1, a source node starts a sending task; s2, judging whether the source node can be jumped to the destination node or not, if so, turning to S6, and if not, continuing S3; s3, judging whether an available route exists in the routing table of the source node or not; if yes, executing S5; otherwise, executing S4; s4, the source node starts routing discovery of the AODV protocol fusing the wakeup and waiting mechanism; s5, unicast the RREP to the source node, and updating the routing table of the source node; and S6, establishing a connection from the source node to the destination node. The invention also provides a corresponding mobile terminal network access method. According to the networking and mobile terminal network access method, the monitoring range of ground key public infrastructures is wider, and the network power consumption is reduced to the maximum extent while the stability of wireless data receiving and transmitting is ensured.
