A recoil starter capable of preventing vibration of a damper spring due to vibrations of an engine caused during running of the engine, to thereby restrain abrasion of a rope reel, a cam and the like which are made of a plastic material, resulting in the durability of the recoil starter being enhanced. The recoil starter includes a drive section comprised of a rope reel which is rotated by pulling a recoil rope and a cam for transmitting the rotational force of the reel to a crankshaft of the engine through a one-way rotative transmission mechanism. A damper spring in the shape of a torsion coil spring is held in annular recesses formed in joint surfaces of the rope reel and cam to face each other while the damper spring is resiliently distorted, so that the rope reel and the cam are rotatingly coupled with each other through the damper spring.

A workpiece chuck includes a thermal plate assembly which includes both heating and cooling capability. The heating element can be a resistive heater in a coiled configuration disposed in a plane. By locating the heating and cooling in the same plane, uniform heating and cooling are achieved. Also, by locating the heating element and cooling tubes in the center of the thermal plate, distortions such as doming and dishing in the thermal plate are eliminated such that the wafer can be held extremely flat on the chuck. The heating element and cooling tubes are coiled in an interleaved fashion to provide uniform heating and cooling while allowing them to simultaneously occupy the same plane.

The method comprises the steps of calculating an optimal smooth path according to the interframe matching cost; dividing video into a plurality of sections with frames on the optical smooth path as the boundaries and performing motion estimation on each section according to feature point detection and matching; with the start frame and the termination frame of each section as the reference, calculating the motion compensation of other frames through the linear interpolation method for geometrical quantities; generating stable video after image transformation of shaking frames through motion compensation transformation. Compared with conventional methods, the method describes camera motion through interframe affine transformation, obtains the translation compensation and rotation compensation of shaking frames through linear interpolation of geometrical quantities, guarantees that generated stable images are free of obvious warp, and is high in calculation efficiency and robustness.
