The invention relates to a pointer type pressure gauge
intelligent verification system and method. The
intelligent verification system comprises an
image acquisition unit, a knocking mechanism, a moving mechanism, a
control unit, an automatic pressure regulating unit and a
data processing and analyzing unit. The
intelligent verification method comprises the steps of enabling a verifier to log in averification
system, and initializing the system; manually loading the meter; turning on an industrial camera and a
light source; boosting fixed-point detection; performing
pressure reduction fixed-point detection; carrying out uninterrupted boost and buck detection; and outputting
verification result. According to the invention,
machine vision and
image processing technologies are adopted, automatic reading of ID numbers, precision, units and full-scale values of the dial plate of the pressure gauge is realized,
effective management, query, export and the like of a pressure gauge template,
verification authority and a
verification result are realized at the same time, and a basis is provided for subsequent tracking and management of products.
Automatic control over a fixed-point pressurevalue is completed through the
proportional control valve and the PLC,
automation of the calibration process is achieved, and a rapid, accurate and reliable calibration method is provided for pointertype instrument calibration.
