Shale reactivity is evaluated by testing a preserved test plug of shale sample in a triaxial test machine, the test plug being prepared by collecting a downhole shale sample and keeping it all times immersed in a preserving mineral oil so as to avoid dehydration, then applying radial and axial pressure on the test plug surrounded by mineral oil up to equilibration to overburden pressure, the test fluid being then contacted with the sample and the interaction of fluid and sample being evaluated by axial and radial deformations as measured by a triaxial detector apparatus sensitive to vertical and radial strains occurring across the shale sample, while the shale sample is subjected to any of a set of different conditions including a temperature or thermal potential, a hydraulic potential and / or a chemical potential. Only one fluid is tested on each sample. A sister test at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure is run in order to constitute a visual counterpart of what is occurring in the triaxial test machine.

The invention relates to an organic rock mass containing high-temperature and high-pressure triaxial test device and method. The device comprises a high temperature pressure chamber, an upper pressure guide head, a lower pressure guide head and a lateral pressure solid, wherein the middle part of the lower pressure guide head is provided with a center hole; a high temperature block-proof net is arranged between the lower pressure guide head and an organic rock mass test sample; the external part of the lower pressure guide head is provided with a collection bottle arranged in a condensed water tank and a gas collection bottle; the collection bottle is provided with a gas outlet pipe; and the gas outlet pipe is provided with a gas inlet value. The method comprises the following steps of: heating the organic rock mass test sample under a buried depth of 400-600m of a preset pressure, heating from the room temperature, and performing heat preservation for two hours with every increase of50 DEG C until the organic rock mass test sample starts to resolve; pyrolyzing generated pyrolysis water, tar oil and liquid-state shale oil after being subjected to cooling and then retaining in thecollection bottle, wherein pyrolysis gases enter into the gas collection bottle filled with water through the gas outlet pipe; and recording a temperature and a pressure when the gases in the collection bottle are generated. According to the invention, a reliable research means is provided for the pyrolysis research on the big-block organic rock mass test sample.

The method is characterized in that a transparent square pressure chamber is adopted, a specially-produced rubber membrane whose label can be tracked is marked, two digital cameras at the front and at the back and a corresponding image acquisition control and processing system are employed, through tracking the position change of the angle points of the rubber membrane on an image, a certain hypothesis is adopted to obtain the space coordinate of the characteristic points of the rubber membrane on the surface of a sample, and the images acquired by the two cameras at the front and at the back are spliced so that the measurement of the three-dimensional deformation of the sample during a triaxial test process is realized. Through combination with ANSYS finite element software, a three-dimensional deformation grid and a three-dimensional whole surface strain field of the sample are obtained. The method provided by the invention has the following advantages: the comprehensive deformation characteristics of the sample in the triaxial test process can be obtained from a front direction and a back direction, and the space positions of surface characteristic points in a triaxial test can be obtained for realizing reconstruction of three-dimensional deformation of the sample, and the distribution of the three-dimensional surface strain field of the sample can be obtained.
