Apparatus for dynamic surface annealing of a semiconductor wafer includes a source of laser radiation emitting at a laser wavelength and comprising an array of lasers arranged in rows and columns, the optical power of each the laser being individual adjustable and optics for focusing the radiation from the array of lasers into a narrow line beam in a workpiece plane corresponding to a workpiece surface, whereby the optics images respective columns of the laser array onto respective sections of the narrow line beam. A pyrometer sensor is provided that is sensitive to a pyrometer wavelength. An optical element in an optical path of the optics is tuned to divert radiation emanating from the workpiece plane to the pyrometry sensor. As a result, the optics images each of the respective section of the narrow line beam onto a corresponding portion of the pyrometer sensor. The apparatus further includes a controller responsive to the pyrometry sensor and coupled to adjust individual optical outputs of respective columns of the laser array in accordance with outputs of corresponding portions of the pyrometry sensor.

The tester comprises a base, a tension and torsion loading unit, a test-piece clamping unit, and a displacement and loading force precision testing unit, wherein the torsion loading unit drives two-level worm wheel and worm driving mechanisms to apply a torsion load to one end of a moving clamp through a precision motor, so that the torsion load is applied to a tested test-piece sample; a fixed clamp end is arranged on a precision guide rail sliding block; one end of the moving clamp is provided with a precision tension and torsion sensor for used for detecting the tension and torsion born by a testing workpiece, and a motor encoder can detect the tension strain and torsion angle. The in-situ tester provided by the invention has the characteristics that the structure is compact and exquisite, the volume is small, the weight is light, in-situ testing in micro-nano precision for the micromechanical property of the material under combined tension and torsion can be realized, and a novel testing method is provided for analytical investigation of a material deformation damage mechanism under the serving approaching condition.

The invention discloses a lever type tester for tension and compression rheology of rock. The lever type tester comprises a lever bracket, a primary lever, a secondary lever and a loading plate. The primary lever is hinged on the lever bracket; the secondary lever is formed by detachable connection from two lever segments; a first end of the secondary lever is hinged on the bracket lever, while a second end of the secondary lever is connected with the primary lever; a second fulcrum device is connected on the loading plate; and one lever segment of the secondary lever, connected with the primary lever, is detachably connected with the second fulcrum device. The lever type tester has the advantages that the load can be amplified at two stages by the primary lever and the second lever, the application of a big test load on a rock sample under the conditions of few weights and short levers is realized and the loading range is expanded; a compression rheology test of rock can be realized through the lever type tester under the condition that the second fulcrum device is removed; and a tension rheology test of rock can be realized through the lever type tester under the condition that the second fulcrum device is installed and the two lever segments of the secondary lever are detached from each other, thus the testing functions of the lever type tester are increased.
