The invention discloses a test method for simulating gravel stratum grouting
diffusion radius under flowing
water environment, and belongs to the technical field of the grouting material performance
test equipment. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: a, collecting gravel samples at the field, and
filling in a stainless steel tank body; b, vertically inserting a groutingpipe and a water injection
pipe into the gravel sample, and adjusting overflow pressure of an overflow valve; c, respectively starting the grouting pump and the water
injection pump; d, observing seepage characteristics of the grouting seriflux in the gravel samples; and e, taking out the gravel samples after the grouting is ended for 24 hours, observing
diffusion characteristics of the grouting seriflux in the gravel samples, and measuring axial
diffusion distance of the grouting seriflux in the gravel samples. The visual
simulation of the diffusion process of the grouting seriflux in the gravel stratum under the flowing
water environment is realized, the diffusion rule of the seriflux in the gravel stratum under the flowing
water environment can be quantitatively described, and the testmethod has the features of being good in flowing water environment stability, and high in seriflux diffusion parameter accuracy.
