The supercooled water type dynamic ice slurry making system is a technologic system for making a clear water ice slurry by adopting a supercooled water technology. The system is characterized in that one or more separator plates is / are arranged in an ice storage tank, a water level balancing hole is arranged in every separator plate, and the separator plates are equidistantly arranged, and divide the ice storage tank into two or more separate tanks; and an upper water extracting tube and an ice slurry tube are arranged above every separate tank, a lower water extracting tube is arranged below every separate tank, the upper water extracting tubes and the lower water extracting tubes are provided with regulating valves, and every ice slurry tube is provided with a switch valve.
