The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly dry
papermaking method capable of realizing waste utilization. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out coarse
grinding on
straw, and then mixing the ground
straw with complex
enzyme in a stirring way under the condition of heating, so as to obtain coarse
straw powder; adding the obtained coarse straw
powder into a
ball mill,
grinding into fine straw
powder, adding carboxylic butadiene-
styrene latex into the fine straw powder, and fully stirring and mixing at high temperature to obtain straw fibers; mixing the straw fibers, bamboo fibers and paper-making filler, and
combing and overlapping by using a
carding machine after the materials are evenly mixed, so as to form a thin
fiber layer; preparing an
adhesive having required
viscosity by adding water, dipping the thin
fiber layer into the prepared
adhesive, then extruding by using a rubber roll for outputting, and
drying to obtain products. The energy-saving and environment-friendly dry
papermaking method capable of realizing waste utilization comprises the related processes of
grinding, mixing, dipping and hot-pressing, and the raw materials used by the method are safe and environmentally-friendly; the method has the advantages of simple operation, no environmental
pollution in the production process, short
production cycle and high production efficiency, and capabilities of utilizing the waste, and effectively reducing the production cost, thus being worth popularizing.
