The device discloses a
power module applied to a rail vehicle. The
power module comprises a heat radiator layer, a main circuit layer, a
control layer and an electrical layer, wherein the main circuitlayer comprises a substrate and a three-bridge-arm power
semiconductor circuit, the first surface of the substrate is fixedly connected with the first surface of the heat radiator layer, the three-bridge-arm power
semiconductor circuit is arranged on the second surface of the substrate; the
control layer is electrically connected with the three-bridge-arm power
semiconductor circuit, and is usedfor controlling an operating state of the three-bridge-arm power semiconductor circuit; the electrical layer is arranged between the main circuit layer and the
control layer, the electrical layer comprises power terminals and a lamination
busbar, and the power terminals are used for realizing electrical transmission between the substrate and the lamination
busbar. Compared with the existing powersemiconductors, the
power module provided by the invention integrates the
control circuit inside equipment, so that an additional
control circuit is not needed during operation, thus the power modulecan realize
intelligent control functions such as driving , monitoring, protection and diagnosis, and improves the universality degree of the equipment.
