The invention provides a portable wound surface protection and treatment system having the sealed negative-pressure drainage function and the washing function. The portable wound surface protection and treatment system comprises a wound surface sealing device and further comprises a liquid storage bottle and a negative-pressure drainage washing instrument which are integrated. One end of a drainage pipe is communicated with the top of the liquid storage bottle, and the other end of the drainage pipe is arranged in the wound surface sealing device. One end of a washing pipe is communicated with a liquid sucking opening formed in the side portion of the bottom of the liquid storage bottle, and the other end of the washing pipe is connected with a peristaltic pump of the negative-pressure drainage washing instrument and then arranged in the wound surface sealing device. The liquid storage bottle is connected with a negative-pressure pump of the negative-pressure drainage washing instrument through an air exhaust opening formed in the top of the liquid storage bottle. By the adoption of the portable wound surface protection and treatment system, when a wounded person is treated in the wild under simple and crude conditions, sealed negative-pressure drainage and instillation washing can be conducted on an open wound surface at the same time, so that wound surface protection, infection prevention, wound healing promotion, the reduction of the difficulty in evacuation of the wounded person is reduced, and relieving of the intensity of nursing of the wounded person are achieved.
