The invention discloses a method for preparing microbiological micro-ecological inoculum by using
corn steep liquor as raw materials through a
symbiosis fermentation technique, and relates to the fields of biological technology and
microecology, and mainly solves the problems to be difficult to treat, that the
corn steep liquor is high in acidity, toxins easily exceed the standard, and the added value is low. The method can promote resource reutilization of
corn steep liquor waste. The microbiological micro-ecological inoculum is liquid microbiological micro-ecological inoculum. The preparation steps mainly adopt the components of 10-30 parts of corn steep liquor, 1-4 parts of
corn flour, 0.1-0.5 part of
magnesium sulphate, 1-2 parts of
potassium hydroxide and the
balance water. Under thecondition that inoculum concentration of
bacillus subtilis is 1-5%, the inoculum concentration of
bacillus licheniformis is 2-8%, the inoculum concentration of
aspergillus niger is 2-8%, the
fermentation temperature is 28-35 DEG C, the rotating speed is 120-180rpm, and the liquid loading amount is 1 / 2 to 1 / 5,
fermentation is performed for 2-3 days. A
potassium hydroxide neutralizing scheme is adopted, and the
symbiosis fermentation technique is utilized, so that a
high activity multi-
bacteria microbiological
system is realized, and finally,
high cell amount and effects of removing
phosphorus and
potassium can be obtained. According to the technique, the added value of core processed by-products can be increased, besides, the obtained microbiological micro-ecological inoculum product can beused for preparing a biological
organic fertilizer, and
crop growth is promoted.
