The pantoea dispersa has the beneficial effects: (1) the pantoea dispersa has fast growth rate and strong phosphorus removal ability, and not only can dissolve insoluble organophosphorus but also can dissolve insoluble inorganic phosphorus; (2) the pantoea dispersa has strong stress resistance and can grow in an LB culture medium with the salinity of 6%; (3) the pantoea dispersa can promote development of plant root systems and promote growth of plants after being mixed with corn seeds; and (4) the pantoea dispersa used in cultivated landcan improve the utilization rate of soil phosphorus elements, reduces the use of chemical fertilizers, and avoids the problem of soil structure.
