The invention relates to an integrated magnetic bearing control system and control method for a high-speed motor. The system comprises an upper computer and five control units; each control unit comprises a DSP controller, a signal isolation circuit, a power circuit (three-phase full bridge IPM), a signal conditioning unit and a sensor; the upper computer displays the displacement of a rotor in real time and can input given signals to the DSP controllers, when the rotor deviates from an equilibrium position, the displacement of the rotor deviating from the equilibrium position is detected through the sensors and converted into voltage signals, the voltage signals are fed back to the DSP controllers after passing by the signal conditioning units, and the DSP controllers output PWM control signals after algorithm operation and control power switch pipes in the power circuits to work to adjust the current value of a coil of an electromagnetic bearing to make the rotor stably suspended. Through the arrangement of each DSP controller and the corresponding three-phase full bridge IPM, not only the integration degree of the whole control system is high, but also the anti-interference capability of the magnetic bearing can be improved, and the service life of the bearing is prolonged.

The dieless wire drawing forming device is characterized in that a heater and a cooler are arranged between the wire pay-off drum and the wire take-up drum; the heater is supported on the platform through a bracket; the cooler is supported on the platform through a bracket; the distance S between the heater and the cooler is the width of a deformation region, which is determined by the performance of processed line material; the heater is a high-frequency or a middle-frequency electrical heater; and the cooler is a water cooler or an air cooler. The invention provides a dieless wire drawing processing method with high efficiency, no friction and no lubrication.
