The invention relates to a
heat supply unit combining a compression
heat pump with a
water heating device and a
heat supply method of the
heat supply unit. The heat supply unit comprises a compression
heat pump system, the
water heating device, a circulating water inlet-outlet
pipe and accessories, and a
hot water supply water inlet-outlet
pipe and accessories; steam exhaust circulating water of a
steam turbine of a
cooling power plant flows into the compression
heat pump system, carries out primary heating on heat supply water of a heat
supply network, and the heat supply water on which primary heating is carried out is heated to the heat supply temperature in the
water heating device to flow into the heat
supply network. The characteristics that the compression heat pump is high in energy efficiency and simple in structure and a heat supply peak time period overlaps with a
power grid low load time period are utilized,
waste heat of circulating water of the power
plant is recycled by means of the compression heat pump driven by
electric energy so that the heat supply base load can be guaranteed, the heat supply water is heated by
electric power or steam or other energy sources through secondary heating so that the
peak load can be guaranteed, and therefore the problems a thermal power
plant generates
electricity for a heat supply
heavy load,
wind power is surplus, and power generation is forced to be abandoned are solved, operation procedures and the structure are simplified, heat supply cost is reduced, and the effects of
energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
