The invention relates to the field of pipeline nondestructive testing, in particular to a pipeline bore damage state diagnosis method. An ultrasonic electromagnetic ultrasonic excitation end sends a signal to the inner bore of a detected pipeline, and an ultrasonic electromagnetic ultrasonic receiving end obtains a reflection signal. A waveform database is established, wherein the waveform database comprises a non-damage waveform and a damage waveform of the pipeline. The waveform corresponding to the reflection signal is compared with the waveform in the waveform database, and if the waveformcorresponding to the reflection signal is matched with the damage waveform, determining that the detected pipeline is an inner bore damaged pipeline. The damage location is obtained by time and speedof signal propagation, and the damage size of the inner bore damage pipeline is obtained according to the amplitude of the damage reflection signal. The diagnosis method is suitable for defect detection and recognition of complex structures of the inner walls of various thick-wall pipelines, internal defects and damage positions of the thick-wall pipelines are detected, the hidden defects of thethick-wall pipelines can be detected in time so as to facilitate maintenance and guarantee, and the system operation and maintenance cost can be effectively reduced.

Method and apparatus for achieving high efficiency in an open gas-turbine process, in which a supercharger compresses air, which is burned together with a fuel in a first combustion chamber, which is followed by a first turbine, a second combustion chamber, a second turbine, and a preheating heat exchanger, in which primary bleed water vapor coming from the secondary process, or a mixture of the aforementioned water vapor and air coming from the supercharger are preheated. From the heat exchanger the combustion gases go to a waste-heat boiler, in which the secondary-process feed water is vaporized. The combustion gases are expanded in the second turbine to a pressure 0.5 bar lower than that of the surrounding atmospheric pressure. The remaining combustion gases are compressed by a combustion-gas supercharger to the surrounding atmospheric pressure. After the low-pressure turbine the water vapor is condensed in a condenser into water, which is compressed by a pump to a maximum pressure and is preheated and vaporized in the waste-heat boiler. After the waste-heat boiler the water vapor goes to a combined high/medium-pressure turbine, from which a secondary-process primary bleed is taken, which is injected into the gas-turbine process after the preheating heat exchange after the supercharger and/or at the latest to the start of the blades of the first turbine.

The carbon dioxide refrigerator refrigeration system comprises an integral expansion-compression machine; an exhaust port of a second-grade cylinder of a compressor is connected with an inlet of a gas cooler; an intake port of a first-grade cylinder of the compressor is connected with an outlet of an evaporator; and a refrigerant compressed by the first-grade cylinder of the compressor is discharged into a compressor shell, and enters the second-grade cylinder of the compressor by an air sucking channel of the second-grade cylinder of the compressor. An inlet of an expander is connected with an outlet of the gas cooler; a refrigerant in an outlet of the expander is divided into two ways; most refrigerant passes through one of three sets of electromagnetic valve and capillary pipe combinations; and the other part of few refrigerant passes through a hand valve and an electronic expansion valve to connect with a nozzle formed in the second-grade cylinder of the compressor. The carbon dioxide refrigerator refrigeration system can improve the refrigeration performance by adopting the modes of the integral expansion-compression machine, two grades of compression of middle spraying liquid for cooling and three sets of capillary pipes with different sizes.

After this, the friction welding apparatus undergoes speed reduction until the RPM of the spindle becomes a phase adjustment RPM; when the RPM of the spindle attains the phase adjustment RPM, a clutch device is engaged with the spindle, and the electricity supply to the servo motor is cut off to stop the rotation of the spindle.

The technical scheme is as follows: pulverized coal is fed into a reaction chamber of a gasifier and conducts a gasifying reaction under the effect of a gasifying agent at 1200-1650 DEG C to generate a crude synthesis gas; the crude synthesis gas is cooled by water mist sprayed out by an atomizing nozzle when rising above the reaction chamber; then, the crude synthesis gas rises, is fed into a fire tube boiler through a gas pipe with a membrane water wall and further cooled through heat exchange with water between a tube pass and a shell pass, and then is fed into a multi-tube cyclone dust collector and a fly-ash filter for further dust removal until the dust content is less than 1mg / m<3>; and after the dust removal, the crude synthesis gas enters an economizer again and is further cooled to 220-260 DEG C before entering the next process. The technology and system provided by the invention have the advantages of simple technology, wide coal adaptability, low equipment investment cost and operation cost and environmental friendliness.
