diesel generator. The comprehensive energy utilizing device for the
diesel generator comprises an air cylinder body and an
exhaust pipe, wherein the
exhaust pipe is connected with the air cylinder body, a spiral heat exchanging
pipe is arranged in the
exhaust pipe, and the outer part of the spiral heat exchanging
pipe penetrates through a superheated
vapor generator; a liquid-
tin injection opening and a liquid-
tin recycle opening are formed in the spiral heat exchanging
pipe. During the operation of the
diesel generator, liquid
tin circulates in the spiral heat exchanging pipe so as to convert the energy of
waste gas into a heat source of the superheated
vapor generator; the liquid tin as a heat exchanging medium is large in heat
storage energy, and the spiral heat exchanging pipe bears less pressure, so that the
recovery utilization rate of energy is greatly increased; superheated vapor generated by the superheated
vapor generator can be directly used for
steaming, boiling and heating objects, besides, the superheated vapor generator can be connected with a
turbo generator set, so that a mini
turbo generator is attached to the diesel generator, and the comprehensive utilization efficiency of the energy is greatly improved.
