refrigeration compressor is connected with the inlet of a condenser, the outlet of the condenser is connected with the gas-liquid inlet of a falling-film
evaporator through a throttling device, the gas outlet of the falling-film
evaporator is connected with the suction port of the
refrigeration compressor, the liquid outlet of the falling-film
evaporator is connected with the inlet of the solution pump, the liquid outlet of the solution pump is connected with a liquid distribution pipeline inlet in the upper part of the falling-film evaporator, liquid is supplied to a liquid
distributor in the falling-film evaporator through a liquid distribution pipeline, and ultrahigh-rate liquid supply circulation is realized by using the solution pump. A water chilling unit provided by the invention realizes the ultrahigh-rate liquid supply circulation through the effect of the solution pump, the heat exchange capacity between
refrigerant liquid and a heat exchange pipeline is increased, the heat exchange efficiency is improved, the magnitude of the heat exchange capacity of the
system is convenient to control, the cold water outlet temperature can reach approximate 2DEG C, and the ultrahigh-rate liquid supply falling-film evaporative water chilling system can be widely used for
air conditioning systems which need low-temperature cold water.
