The invention provides a heat-insulation PVC (
polyvinyl chloride) plastic pipeline which comprises a PVC
pipe, a
metal heat-conducting layer, a heat-
insulation layer, an anticorrosion layer and a
solar cell panel. The heat-
insulation layer encircles the PVC
pipe, the anticorrosion layer is coated on an outer layer of the heat-
insulation layer, the
metal heat-conducting layer can generate heat under the effect of the
solar cell panel, is a netted resistance layer and is connected with wires, resistance wires are longitudinally and transversely staggered on one another to form the netted resistance layer, and the other ends of the wires and the
solar cell panel are connected with one another to form a
closed circuit. The heat-insulation PVC plastic pipeline has the advantages that currents can be generated by the solar
cell panel under the sun illumination conditions in the
daytime and can be conducted to the netted resistance layer via the wires,
electric energy can be converted into
heat energy, the heat can be sustained at night by the aid of the heat-insulation layer, and accordingly freeze protection effects an be realized for the PVC
pipe without external power sources; owing to protection of the anticorrosion layer which is the outermost layer, the heat-insulation PVC plastic pipeline can be buried under the ground, and is excellent in
water resistance,
impact resistance, anticorrosion property and
flame resistance, simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
