The device comprises a tower body (6) and two layers of wire crossarms (8) sequentially symmetric on both sides of the tower body from top to bottom, wherein the top of the tower body (6) is symmetrically provided with a ground support (7), each of the wire crossarms (8) includes an uppercircuit wire crossarm (1) and a lower circuit wire crossarm (5), and the wire crossarms (8) hang transmission wires by the V-shaped insulator strings (2); and the transmission wires hung by I-shapedtandem type straight strings (3); the I-shaped tandem type straight strings (3) and the tower body (6) are provided with supporting insulators (4). The device is innovative in layout, achieves a stable, reliable and attractive rod tower design scheme through compact and simple structural design and provids innovative support for engineering practice of 750kV four-circuit lines on the same tower.

The invention discloses a 360-degree diameter-changing pneumatic sweeper for sweeping a post insulator. The 360-degree diameter-changing pneumatic sweeper comprises a fixed machine frame, a left movable mechanical arm, a right movable mechanical arm, a left cylinder, a right cylinder, a left cylinder stroke controller, a right cylinder stroke controller, a horizontal angle turning device, a vertical angle turning device and four pneumatic sweeping brushes. Hinges at two ends of the fixed machine frame are connected with the movable mechanical arms, the cylinders are arranged on the outer sides of two ends of the fixed machine frame respectively, the left cylinder stroke controller and the right cylinder stroke controller are arranged on the left cylinder and the right cylinder or the fixed machine frame respectively, the outer side of a symmetrical axis of the fixed machine frame is connected with the horizontal angle turning device, the horizontal angle turning device is connected with the vertical angle turning device, and the four pneumatic sweeping brushes are arranged on the fixed machine frame and the movable mechanical arms. The whole sweeper is installed on an insulating rod or an insulating lifting mechanism through the vertical angle turning device. The 360-degree diameter-changing pneumatic sweeper can perform 360-degree sweeping on the insulator, the sweeping diameter can be changed in real time, 360-degree sweeping can be performed on the insulators of different diameters or special insulators nonuniform in thicknesses, and sweeping blind corners are avoided; and the sweeper is a high-strength insulating product and is suitable for high and low voltage live working of various voltage grades and non-electrified working.
