electric power, but employs a safe device of a mechanical locking structure which is formed by a safe
quenching hook body, a safe quenching hook main body, a
load bearing steel ball, a locking coat, a tension bolt, a connecting bar, a safe tommy bar, a crane trolley combined body, a real-time hook force position of labors and a quenching heavy object hook, wherein the tension bolt, the connecting bar and the safe tommy bar are arranged on the locking coat. When the heat treatment quenching trolley swings the work-piece to a quenching bath and once accidents happen with no
electric power which can be used (particularly where near the quenching liquid is on fire), two operators hold iron hooks to respectively hook the real-time hook force location of the device, simultaneously pull the real-time hook force position emphatically, then, the locking coat of the device moves upwards under the leverage, the
load bearing steel ball moves outwards under the action of the lateral component force of the gravity of the work-piece, and the safe quenching hook body and the quenching work-piece of the device immediately fast unhook to enter the quenching liquid to avoid
fire risk.
