energy recovery system comprises a dual-film
gas holder (91),a
biogas decarbonization device (92), a biogas
dehydration device (93), a biogas pressurizing pump (94), a granulating
machine (95), a biogas power generator group (96), an
exhaust heat boiler (97),a
softened water processor (99) and a hot water
jar (100), wherein a biogas output opening of the dual-film
gas holder (91) communicates with an air inlet of the biogas decarbonization device (92) through an
air pump. The biogas power generation and complementary
energy recovery system disclosed by the invention has the advantages that heat quantity carried by discharged biogas residues and discharged biogas fluid is effectively utilized, so that energy
resource consumption required for maintaining the
fermentation temperature is reduced, the normal operating of a biogas project is effectivelymaintained, benign circulation of the biogas power generation and complementary energy
recovery system is maintained, and the
operating cost of the biogas project is reduced; the granulating efficiency of the granulating
machine is high, the granule perfection degree is good, and environmental
pollution cannot be generated; and ash cannot enter a transmission shaft of the granulating device, so that the service life is long.
