The invention discloses a method for producing
protease for promoting growth of
plant roots and fruits. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting stems and leaves of the same
plant or plants in the same
genus, namely selecting stem leaves, tubers and root-tubers of the
plant in the same family or same
genus, and performing collection; S2, performing pretreatment, namely washing thecollected stem leaves, tubers or root-tubers, and performing
grinding treatment; S3, adding a
phosphate buffer into the ground material, namely performing stirring and homogenizing, adding a phosphatebuffer into the ground material, performing sufficient stirring and uniform homogenizing; S4, performing filtering and centrifuging to obtain supernate and residues, namely filtering the homogenate,and centrifuging the filtrate to obtain the supernate and residues; and S5, performing
ammonium sulfate precipitation on the supernate, namely centrifugally collecting upper insoluble substances, andadding
ammonium sulfate into the supernate to perform salt
precipitation. In the method, stem leaves, tubers and root-tubers of the plant in the same family or the same
genus are collected to produceprotease, so that the effect of a produced finished product on promoting growth of roots and fruits of the plant can be greatly promoted along with good adaptability and small
side effect.
