pyrolysis and gasification of wet vinegar residue. In addition, a gasified product decoking-free
direct combustion utilization technology is disclosed, that is, the high-temperature state gasified product is separated to obtain the medium heat value
fuel gas, and the medium heat value
fuel gas can be directly combusted, so that a condensible
hydrocarbon gaseous product is prevented from condensation to form
tar, and efficient utilization of the gasified product is utilized; and moreover, the
waste heat of the
tail gas obtained through
combustion of the fuel gas is directly utilized to dry the wet vinegar residue, so that the
water content of the wet vinegar residue reaches the best range required by the gasification range.
