cracking process. The smokeless dust-collecting refuse incinerator comprises an incinerator body, wherein a
hearth is arranged in the incinerator body; an upper
oxygen supply pipeline and a lower
oxygen supply pipeline are arranged at the upper
bottleneck of the
hearth; one end of each of the two
oxygen supply pipelines is connected with the
hearth; the other ends of the two
oxygen supply pipelines are connected with an external
oxygen supply machine of the incinerator body; a plurality of arc-shaped
oxygen supply slots extending downwards are formed at relative horizontal points of an oxygen supply opening in the upper oxygen supply pipeline; an automatic ignition oil-gas device is arranged below each oxygen supply slot; an external crushing compressor of the incinerator body is connected with a high-temperature-resisting iron
destructive distillation pipeline; the upper part of the
destructive distillation pipeline is made into a paliform cylindrical or conical
combustion chamber; an annular
flame-dust separating opening is formed in the middle of the upper
bottleneck of one oxygen supply pipeline; a pressure reducing dust-
gas separation heat exchange chamber is arranged at the top of the hearth; a water tank is arranged on the pressure reducing dust-
gas separation heat exchange chamber. According to the smokeless dust-collecting refuse incinerator disclosed by the invention, refuses are subjected to
destructive distillation and
decomposition and then are fully burnt, so that the
production rate of
black smoke is greatly reduced; rest
smoke and dust also gradually fall into the bottom of the incinerator body in the rising process, so that the smokeless emission is realized.
