The invention relates to an automatic three-phase switching method of load; a switch is arranged between a three-phase power supply and a single-phase load thereof; three single-phase switches which are mutually independent and are provided with interlocking devices are arranged; the power supply input ends of the three single-phase switches are respectively connected with three phase lines of the three-phase power supply correspondingly, and the power supply output ends thereof are connected in parallel to form the power supply output end of the switch; under the interlocking function of theinterlocking mechanism or a circuit with an interlocking function, only one of the three single-phase switches can be disconnected / connected so as to obtain connection of a single-phase power supply and the single-phase load; when needing to conduct adjustment / balancing on the load between three-phase power supplying circuits, a path of phase line with minimum phase current is determined according to the size of the load current of each detected power supplying circuit; a certain path of the single-phase switches in a disconnected / connected state originally is switched-on / switched-off, and the single-phase switch corresponding to the phase line with the minimum phase current is disconnected / connected, so as to lead the load to be transferred to the other phase line to conduct the single-phase power supplying from the original position of the phase line, and realize the automatic adjustment of the line load in real time.
