The invention discloses a synchronous
defibrillation system and method for a defibrillator-monitor. The method comprises the following steps: controlling an electro-cardio controller to rapidly perform R-wave identification on an obtained digital electro-cardio
signal, and setting the level of a first hardware IO (Input / Output) port as a corresponding level when the extreme point of R-
waves is identified; controlling a
defibrillation controller to detect whether the level of a second hardware IO port is a corresponding level or not, judging whether the electro-cardio controller identifies the extreme point of the R-
waves or not, and controlling a
defibrillation relay to be started; controlling the defibrillator-monitor to
discharge in order to perform high-
voltage defibrillation on a patient when the defibrillation
relay is started. According to the synchronous defibrillation
system and method for the defibrillator-monitor, the level of the first hardware IO port is adopted as a corresponding level by adopting a hardware way to serve as a notification
signal, and the defibrillator-monitor is controlled to perform high-
voltage defibrillation on the patient, so that
delay in synchronous defibrillation can be effectively reduced, the
delay time of synchronous defibrillation is effectively controlled, and the risk is lowered.
