The invention discloses a G6
lectin extracted from the traditional Chinese medicines, namely pseudo-
ginseng,
eucommia ulmoides, radix puerariae,
rehmannia,
salvia miltiorrhiza and
kelp. A preparation method of the
lectin comprises the following steps of: 1) weighing dry pseudo-
ginseng,
eucommia ulmoides, radix puerariae,
rehmannia,
salvia miltiorrhiza and
kelp according to the same weight,
grinding thetraditional Chinese medicines into mixed
medicine powder with the
granularity of 50-100 meshes; 2) adding the obtained mixed
medicine powder into a
Tris buffer solution of which the volume is 5 times that of the mixed
medicine powder, homogenizing, soaking for 12 hours at the temperature of 4DEG C, and centrifuging to obtain a supernatant; 3) filtering the obtained supernatant by a hypertonic
agglutination method to remove impurities to obtain phytolectin-containing filter liquor; and 4) dialyzing, concentrating and
drying the filter liquor to obtain the G6
lectin. The G6 lectin provided by the invention not only has the characteristics of the phytolectin, but also has an adjusting function for recovering a human
sympathetic nervous system, so that the G6 lectin disclosed by the invention has a
bran-new breakthrough for the stabilization of the hypertension and the improvement of the complication.
