The invention discloses a hard-
pipe type water outlet and return device in the same well for a
water source heat pump central air conditioner. A
wellhead of the same
water source well is provided with a well cover in a sealing way, and is provided with a water outlet
pipe and a water return
pipe, wherein the outer side of the water outlet pipe is sleeved with a water outlet pipe sleeve to form a composite water outlet pipe, and the water outlet pipe and the water outlet pipe sleeve are formed by butting steel pipes and are antiseptically treated. The
groundwater is pumped out by a
submersible pump through the water outlet pipe to the central air conditioner, and pressure is exerted into the water return pipe. A plurality of water return spaces arranged in the
water source well seep outwards and downwards and exchange heat through an annular seepage layer and a soil layer. An equal amount of
effluent water and returned water is realized in the same water source well, and fully exchanges heat with soil, so that the efficiency of a
water source heat pump unit can be substantially improved. The water is not polluted, and the
groundwater is not wasted; the direct heat exchange between
effluent water and returned water is thoroughly eliminated, so that the constancy of
effluent water temperature is kept. Therefore, the water resource is not avoided, and the situation that the
groundwater level drops or even dries up due to movement is avoided, so that the stability of an underground structure and the security of surrounding buildings are ensured.
