graphite powder disposal and
recovery system and method based on double switches. The
system includes a retractable material sucking
pipe, a
storage tank, a
cyclone dust collector, an air cooler, a cloth bag
dust collector, a Roots blower and a
recovery device which are communicated with one another through pipes in sequence; the Roots blower is used for providing power for conveying
graphite powder, and the
graphite powder is conveyed by means of negative-pressure air generated by the Roots blower; the
system further includes a first switch device and a second switchdevice, the first switch device is arranged on the
pipe by means of which the air cooler is communicated with the cloth bag
dust collector, and the second switch device is arranged on the
pipe by means of which a retractable material discharging pipe is communicated with the bottom of the cloth bag dust collector. Through the two switch devices, dedusting during material conveying and dischargingis switched, and the system is an advanced dedusting system integrating dust pretreatment, cooling,
tail gas purification and flexible control; the
process design is reasonable, the structure is scientific, the
layout is compact, operating maintenance is convenient, the dedusting efficiency is high, and purified emission of high-pressure, high-temperature and high-concentration dust is fully achieved.
