The method includes the steps of: 1) pre-treating the industrial tail gas by removing toxic substances in the industrial tail gas to obtain purified tail gas; 2) fermenting the purified tail gas to obtain fermented mature mash and residual gas; 3) distilling the fermented mature mash to prepare ethanol and bacterium-containing residual water; 4) separating and concentrating the bacterium-containing residual water to obtain a concentrated liquid and a clear liquid; 5) purifying the clear liquid; and 6) performing tail gas treatment to the residual gas to remove residual CO. The method achieves optimization and organic combination of processes in the whole system and is high in yield and purity in the produced ethanol, effectively purifies discharged wastewater and tail gas, effectively utilizes the raw materials and achieves circulation utilization of substances and energy of the whole system.

Graphite dust treatment and recycling method based on double switches

The invention discloses a graphite dust treatment and recycling method based on double switches. The method includes: setting a fan unit to provide conveying power and generate negative-pressure air flow to convey high-temperature graphite powder so as to allow the graphite powder to sequentially pass a storage unit, a pre-dust-removing unit, a cooling unit and a dust removing unit; setting a first switch device at a position between the cooling unit and the dust removing unit; setting a second switch device at a position between the storage unit and the dust removing unit; switching the on and off states of the first switch device and the second switch device to complete a graphite powder conveying process and a graphite powder discharging process and dust removing in the two processes, wherein the on and off states of the first switch device and the second switch device are opposite. The method has the advantages that dust removing in the conveying and discharging processes are completed through double-switch-device switching, and an advanced dust removing system integrating dust pretreatment, cooling, tail gas purification and flexible control is provided; the method is reasonable in procedure design, scientific in system structure, compact in system arrangement, convenient in system operation and maintenance and high in dust removing efficiency, and the purification and discharge requirements of high-pressure, high-temperature and high-concentration dust are satisfied sufficiently.
