The invention discloses a novel efficient
snow expelling process in the technical field of road
snow removal. The novel efficient
snow expelling process comprises the following steps of S1, crushing and pushing ices and snows on a pavement by using an ice breaking unit; S2, blowing air to the two sides of the pavement through a
cold air blowing cylinder in a dislocated manner to blow away ice andsnow residues remaining on the pavement; S3, blowing hot air to the pavement through a hot air blowing cylinder to carry out melting treatment on the ice and snow residues remaining on the pavement; S4, scraping residual
ice water, melted by the hot air, on the pavement through a snow scraper; and S5, transmitting heat to the pavement from the bottom of a
drying box so that the melted snow water on the pavement is dried. The advancing process of a snow expelling vehicle on the pavement, snow crushing and pushing, dislocated snow blowing, hot air
snow melting, snow scraping and water removing and snow water
drying works are carried out on the pavement in sequence so as to effectively
clean up accumulated snow on the pavement and guarantee the
dryness of the pavement; and therefore, the pavement is prevented from
icing, the pavement is very well protected while vehicle slipping is prevented, and good practicability is realized.
