Peptide synthesis and deprotection using a cosolvent

The invention provides methods for synthesizing peptides, which include taking an organic solvent having non-resin bound protected peptide and performing a deprotection reaction on the non-resin bound protected peptide. In these methods it is not required that the peptide is dried immediately before providing to the deprotection reaction. Also provided are methods of synthesizing peptides, wherein a protected peptide is formed in a solution phase reaction, dissolved into an organic solvent, and then introduced into a deprotection reaction. Also provided are methods of synthesizing peptides, wherein a non-resin bound protected peptide is concentrated in an organic solvent prior to being subject to a deprotection reaction.

The invention provides a crawler type simulation release cloth pattern device for a pultrusion plate. The device comprises two pressurizing modules which are oppositely arranged up and down, wherein each pressurizing module comprises steel belt rollers, a steel belt and a crawler belt; the two steel belt rollers are respectively arranged on the two sides and can rotate around the own axes; the steel belt is wound on the two steel belt rollers, and a pattern which is consistent with the texture of release cloth is arranged on the outer surface of the steel belt; and the crawler belt is arrangedbetween the two steel belt rollers and is used for pressing the steel belt onto the pultrusion plate. Compared with the prior art, the crawler type simulation release cloth pattern device for the pultrusion plate has the advantages that the pattern approximate to the release cloth pattern is pressed on the surface of the pultrusion plate through the crawler belt and the steel belt, the requirements for surface roughness can be met, the use of the release cloth can be avoided, and the cost is saved.

Antipyrotic and method of manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to an antipyrotic having compositions excellent for treating burn and a normally used carrier in a fixed ratio, and a method of manufacturing the same. The antipyrotic of the present invention has, as its main composition, a carbonized pine cone that is yielded by completely combusting selected pine cones put in a sealed container after washing and drying at a temperature of 100 to 300° C. and has, as an additive, a normally used carrier. As described in detail, the present invention provides provide a cream or ointment type of antipyrotic that can easily treat with excellent treating power serious burn more than the second degree burn as well as slight burn that does not require special treatment by medical specialist. Their treatment ability is excellent and they can shorten the treatment period considerably and leave almost no scars on the skin after complete healing. They are made of plant formulations and thus show almost no side effects to the human body. In the prior treatment of using gauze, the patients complain about pain caused as the gauze and the scab are exfoliated together, when the gauze is removed from the affected region after a certain period. However, the antipyrotic of the present invention can be applied to the affected region softly without causing pains and thus are convenient to use.

High survival seedling method of dove trees

The invention discloses a high survival seedling cultivation method of dove trees. The method comprises the following steps: A, removing fruit fleshes; B, crisping fruit seed shells; C, cultivating seed buds; D, transplanting seedlings. The method provided by the invention cultivates the seedlings through the four steps of removing the fruit fleshes, crisping the fruit seed shells, cultivating theseed buds and transplanting the seedlings, wherein the fruit flesh removing step refers to removing the fleshes of dove tree fruits quickly and then putting the fruits into a woven bag for preventingbeing eaten by rodents and having good air permeability; the fruit seed shell crisping step refers to crisping or even cracking the seed shells of the dove tree fruits in the shortest time by adopting the freezing acidolysis technology, therefore dove tree seeds fast meet the requirements for budding; the seed bud cultivating step refers to protecting the dove tree seeds to have smooth budding under the environment of water drainage and waterlogging prevention by adopting the technologies of sterilization, anti-freezing, and the like, thereby increasing the bud rate of the seeds. The method carries out special treatment to the outer fruit fleshes and the inner seed shells, thereby fastening the budding time of the seeds and improving the survival rate of the dove tree seedling cultivation.

Nanosheet-structured NiFeCr composite hydroxide oxygen evolution material prepared by chemical oxidation method

The invention provides a preparation method of an electro-catalytic moisture desorption oxygen desorption catalyst in a carbonate system, and belongs to the field of chemical oxidation and electro-catalytic moisture desorption oxygen desorption. Comprising the steps that a stainless steel material containing a nickel source, an iron source and a chromium source serves as a substrate, oil stains and oxides on the surface of the stainless steel material are removed, then the stainless steel material reacts in an alkaline solution containing a persulfate oxidizing agent at the temperature of 20-110 DEG C for 0.25-3 h, a product is taken out, washed to be clean and then subjected to vacuum drying, and the NiFeCr composite hydroxide oxygen evolution material with the nanosheet structure is obtained. The electrode can greatly reduce the oxygen evolution overpotential for catalyzing water decomposition in a carbonate system, a test result shows that the electrode treated by adopting a potassium persulfate oxidizing agent has excellent oxygen evolution catalytic performance, and the oxygen evolution overpotential is 263 mV and 384 mV respectively when the current density is 10 mA cm <-2 > and 100 mA cm <-2 > in 0.5 mol L <-1 > Na2CO3/NaHCO3. The stainless steel substrate used in the method is cheap and easy to obtain, the treatment method is simple and easy to operate, conditions are mild, and the method is suitable for large-scale production.
