The invention relates to a preparation method of special biological rich-

sodium glutamate, 2.8 to 3.8 percent of boold
clam shell extracts,1 to 2 percent of
bifidobacterium infantis, 0.2 to 1 percent of
sodium hexametaphosphate, 0.1 to 0.8 percent of L-
ascorbic acid-6- palmitate, 1.3 to 2.3 percent of butea superba extracts, 1.1 to 2.1percent of black currant oil, 1.5 to 2.5 percent of giant
kelp powder, 2.1 to 3.1 percent of probiotics, 1.9 to 2.9 percent of
yeast zinc and 71.3 to 52.2 percent of water. The good effects of promoting
nutrition and photosynthetic products to be transported to
bulb positions, supplementing the onions nutrition, highly resisting the
continuous cropping diseases, relieving promoting developed rootsystems, fast gemmation and thick and strong seedlings, preventing physiological disturbance such as leaf
curling, runt seedlings,
seedling death and root decay, changing yellow leaves into green leaves, changing promoting leaves to be thick, bright and green, and promoting the growth and absorption of the onions are achieved.
