The invention discloses a fault degeneration state prediction method of a closed-loop control system for an intelligent power plant turbine bearing. The fault degeneration state prediction method comprises the steps of firstly, extracting a part relevant to a time sequence in a variable by canonical variate analysis (CVA); secondly, performing slow feature analysis (SFA) on the part relevant to the time sequence, and respectively extracting steady-state characteristic and time changing characteristic, wherein the extracted time changing characteristic and the steady-state characteristic can beused for fully reflecting time sequence correlation and changing speed of the variable in the closed-loop control system of the turbine bearing; and finally, inputting the extracted characteristic toa continuous hidden Markov model (CHMM) to forecast a fault degeneration state. According to the method, the time sequence correlation and the changing speed of the variable of the closed-loop control system during the dynamic adjustment process when a fault occurs are simultaneously considered, and the fault degeneration state of the closed-loop control system of the intelligent power plant turbine bearing can be more accurately forecasted.
