mechanical property testing, and discloses a multi-closed-loop temperature and
humidity control system for mechanically testing a micro-cavity environment, which mainly comprises a gas source device, a humidifying device, a
gas mixing device, an anti-condensation device and a control device. The gas source device provides
dry gas, the humidifying device guarantees
moisture output, the
gas mixing device accurately controls the dry-wet ratio, and the
mixed gas is introduced into a temperature and
humidity environment box through the anti-condensation device. Meanwhile, the control device realizes accurate control of four-core multi-closed-loop temperature and
humidity through four control electric meters and relays, and ensures dual accurate regulation and control of output
mixed gas and the temperature and humidity environment box. The
gas mixing device prevents
moisture from condensing after entering the gas mixing device, and the anti-condensation device prevents condensation in the gas conveying process. The
system has the advantages of being high in response speed, low in
power consumption, high in stability, high in precision and the like, the temperature and humidity of dry and wet gas can be regulated and controlled on line, and performance research of materials under different working condition environments can be carried out by combining the
system with a mechanical testing
machine.
