The management system comprises a database, an photoelectric sensor and a data processing module, wherein the database is used for recording accepted product information of products; the accepted product information comprises accepted product quantity; the photoelectric sensor is used for producing an accepted product quantity increasing signal when sensing the opening action or the closing action of a die or sensing that the products pass through preset positions along with production lines; and the data processing module is used for adding a preset numerical value to the accepted product quantity in the accepted product information of corresponding products in the database when receiving the accepted product quantity increasing signal. The method comprises the following steps: establishing the database; recording accepted product information of the products, wherein the accepted product information comprises the accepted product quantity; producing the accepted product quantity increasing information when the photoelectric sensor senses the opening action or the closing action of the die or senses that the products pass through preset positions along with production lines; and increasing the preset numerical value to the accepted product quantity in the accepted product information of corresponding products in the database when the data processing module receives the accepted product quantity increasing signal.
