color code comprises an effective graph separating region, a data unit region, an image region, a locating unit and an effective graph outline border; the color code comprises N colors; and the
system comprises a mapping table setting module, a coding module, a coding information acquiring module, an image filling module, an image forming module, a color filling module and an outline border separating region
loader module. In the invention, easily identifiable color codes can be generated so as to solve the problems of difficult reading of two-dimension codes, high technological requirements on identifying and reading equipment and high costs and reduce the identification and reading requirements on bar codes, thereby realizing more popular and widespread application of the bar codes and lower cost of the
identification device. Meanwhile, the generated color bar codes can be embedded with images or pictures, thereby further enriching forms of expression of the color bar codes. Moreover, according to the invention, the sole and uniform decoding process is ensured by integrating results of redundancy check and resilient encoding.
