Method for culturing a basidiomycetous fungus in a liquid culture medium

Disclosed is an efficient method for culturing an edible basidiomycetous fungus such as Mushroom Agaricus Blazei Murill in a liquid culture medium to give fungus aggregates of several centimeter size. Characteristically, the liquid culture medium is formulated with sucrose as a carbon source in the form of crude cane sugar in combination with a water-insoluble growth-supporting material in the form of a fine powder to serve as the core of the fungus aggregates as selected from crushed sugarcane, sugarcane bagasse, pine trees and wheat bran. Further characteristically, the culturing procedure is carried out under an oxygen-enriched condition by blowing oxygen-enriched air of at least 30% by volume oxygen into the culture medium under pressurization at 0.12 to 0.5 MPa (absolute) in a specified blowing rate.

The invention belongs to the field of reclamation of solid wastes, in particular relating to a method and a device for producing methane by using a dry anaerobic digestion for urban sludge and an organic matter. The device comprises a reaction chamber and a double-layer helix ribbon type agitator and is provided with a feed inlet and outlet, a sample port, a temperature-setting controller, a methane metering device, a stirring control device and others devices. The method comprises the following steps: dewatering sludge is placed into a fermentation tank for inoculation and seal, the revolving speed at start-up stage is 5-15r / min and daily stirring time is 12h, the revolving speed at acid-producing stage is 10-20r / min, intermittent operation is carried out; the daily stirring time is more than or equal to 8h and less than or equal to 16, and starting and stopping frequency for the motor is required to be increased; temperature control is performed at acid-producing stage and methane-producing stage and material temperature is controlled to be 35+ / -1 DEG C; and after finishing the fermentation, one fourth to one third of biogas residues are left for being used as inoculum for the next batch of fermented materials and the rest of residues are discharged. The invention can be applied to reclamation treatment of the urban sludge and can obviously save equipment investment and land occupation compared with the wet fermentation.

Moving bed biofilter and condenser for flue gas pollutant removal and collection

A system for removing particulate, sulfur dioxide, nitrogenous oxides and other condensables from the flue gas of a coal, lignite, or other solid fuel combustor. The system can combine biomass filtration, anaerobic digestion, steam absorption refrigeration, and heat exchangers to minimize parasitic energy consumption, solid and liquid waste disposal and interference with combustion efficiency, while achieving near total reduction of contaminants without regard to sulfur or ash content of fuel. Gases at the exit of a multiclone of a fuel-combustor enter a waste heat boiler, generating low pressure steam that drives a steam absorption chiller. The flue gas which still contains small particulate material pass through a moving belt system conveying a mat of chopped biomass that can be impregnated with bacteria that feed on nitrogenous oxides. The mat is sufficiently thick and moist to entrap the remaining solids and smoke in the exhaust stream. The particulate-free flue gas passes through a staged heat exchanger which can utilize ambient air, pond water, and the refrigerated water from the steam absorption chiller to condense the water vapor in the exhaust stream. Sulfur oxides exits the flue gas stream with the condensed water vapor which can be processed in an anaerobic digester. Methanogenic bacteria within the digester can convert the mat and the acidic condensate into a biogas, a combination of methane and carbon dioxide, and plant growth media.

A fermentation odor exhaust opening of the solid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system, a fermentation odor exhaust opening of the liquid high-temperature aerobic fermentation system and exhausted flue gas of the boiler system are connected with the odor and flue gas treatment system through pipelines. The boiler system comprises a boiler, a circulation pump, a hot water pipeline and a water return pipeline. Sensors of the detection control system are arranged in the above systems, and the detection control system carries out connection control over the above systems. According to the system and method, pollution of the large-scale pig farm is comprehensively treated, and zero emission, zero pollution and resourceful utilization of pollutants of the large-scale pig farm are achieved.
